Because we use a waterless wash method, we’re not able to safely clean cars with heavy, caked-on mud—we don’t want to risk scratching the paint. If your car is too dirty for a waterless wash, we’ll let you know and can either clean the interior only or help you schedule our residential service, where we use the traditional hose-and-soap method for a full wash.

As much as we love your furry friends, pet hair removal isn’t part of our current interior service. We’ll do our best to vacuum it, but some hair may remain in the carpet or upholstery.

We will remove car seats to vacuum and wipe the area underneath. The car seat itself will receive a quick vacuum, but not a thorough clean. Car seats will be returned to the vehicle, but not strapped in. If we are unable to remove a car seat, we’ll simply clean around it.

While we don’t have a steamer or carpet/upholstery shampoo tools, we’ll give your seats, carpets, and floor mats a good vacuum and wipe down. Just a heads-up—we aren’t able to remove stubborn upholstery stains.

Our waterless method can’t fully remove heavy or stuck-on debris from floor mats or interior surfaces. We’ll do our best to clean the area, but some residue may remain.

If we’re working in a covered parking garage, services will continue as planned. For outdoor events, we will need to cancel in the event of rain and help you reschedule. That said, you are always welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to weather before services have begun.
